What are your favorites?

My favorites are Halloween (minus 3 and not the shitty Rob Zombie remakes), Friday the 13th series and the remake of it, I love Scream franchise.
So many. lol

Halloween (1978) is my favorite movie of all time.

Scream 2 and friday the 13 th 4 are my favorites. the original halloween still scares my grown ass lol

IDK what diacussion is LMAO. that type is hilarious though. John please fix it LMAO. I'm dying over here.

Kevin, I find the original and the curse to both be scary.

My favorite part of the curse of Michael Myers is when the old woman is telling the story and the lightening flashes and he's in window behind her!

I love Scream 2, that's my favorite Scream movie. The original Halloween has everything for me. Great plot, great suspense, rootable heroine, awesome scares, amazing music. Ahhhh LOVE LOVE LOVE

Excellent choices! Def not mainstream choices but I love all those movies.

I have never seen some of those. I must check them out if you consider them your favorites..

Guys do not waste time watching all the boys love mandy lane...it's horrific!

I haven't seen that many horror films.

the scariest part of the curse for me was the moms death. i dont know why but she is home alone and scared and that scares the holy fuck outta me lol.

Alexa and I recently watched A Tale of Two Sisters because I had been wanting to watch it for a while, and I thought it was alright. A couple of those above are in my top 20 films of all time.

yes. it has all of that and to this day nothin seems dated to me. did you like halloween 2? i like that one mainly for the body count.

Yes I love Halloween 2. It has so many great scenes. The best part is Laurie's long ass chase scene starting with poor Jill's death. I also loved the boiler room death and Jimmy slipping on the big ass pool of blood

A few of them are older movies.

love youre next also! i dragged my fiance to the midnight show of that one. he hates horror but loves action and raunchy stupid ass comedies but he loved youre next. i think its cuz that movie captured all of that. erin is the best final girl in a long time

Aria, I have noticed that you like lots of the classics. Rosemary's baby. I am very shocked that you've seen Whatever Happened to Baby Jane? and Let the right one in!!!!!!!

I also love Misery but didn't say so b/c I don't consider it horror as you pointed out.

Yes that movie is my favorite of 2013 (or 2011 since that's when it was actually released). Love love love! Great plot. Great characters. Great use of humor. Great deaths. Great scares. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Just watched "you're next" a few weeks back...LOVED it!

I felt like my list was getting a little pretentious, so I brought it on home, lol.

Eyes Without a Face and Carnival of Souls were films I found on the "101 Horror Movies You Have to See Before You Die" list. While it's mostly the usual films and some questionable suspense dramas, there are some real gems like these two. I'm about a quarter of the way through. Still have all of the movies from the 40s and 50s, ugh! That will be a project...

Omg yes! That scene where she is singing her old standard, "I wrote a letter to Daddy" in the floodlights was sooo damn creepy!

You're Next was pretty good. Some really disturbing deaths. And the heroine was definitely kick ass! It was so awesome to see Barbara Crampton in a horror movie again. I wish she had more screentime, but she was good as always with what she was given!
